Privacy policy

Plain English, no tricks. This page explains what information Neva Marketing collects when you visit this site or book a call, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We collect what you give us when you book a call or message us — your name, company, trade, phone number and email — plus the basic technical logs every website host keeps.
  • We use it to hold the call, reply to you and send you reminders. That’s it.
  • We never sell your information, and we never share your phone number or texting consent with anyone for marketing.
  • You can ask us to show you, fix or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Neva Marketing (“Neva”, “we”, “us”) is a marketing agency based in the United States. We build websites, run Meta ads and set up follow-up systems for home-service contractors. This policy covers this website and the way we handle enquiries from people who contact us through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a strategy call we ask for your name, company name, trade, mobile number and email address, along with anything you choose to add. If you email, text or message us, we keep that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time. The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies: it doesn’t identify you, build a profile of you, or follow you across other websites. If we add advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, we will update this page first, including how to opt out.

How we use it

  • To schedule, confirm and hold the call you booked, and to send you reminders about it.
  • To reply to your questions and follow up on your enquiry.
  • To prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, to set up and deliver the work.
  • To keep basic business records, protect the site from abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We don’t use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don’t build advertising profiles from it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number when you book, you agree that we may text you about that booking and your enquiry — confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share mobile numbers, or the consent you gave us to text you, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:

  • Cal.com — runs the booking calendar and sends the calendar invite.
  • Our video-call provider (Google Meet or Cal Video) — hosts the call itself.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides the cookieless page-view analytics.
  • Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces.
  • Our email, phone and CRM tools — so we can reply to you and keep track of the conversation.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Leads we handle for clients

When we run ads and follow-up systems for a contractor, the enquiries that come in belong to that contractor. We handle homeowners’ information only on our client’s instructions and under our agreement with them, and we don’t use it for anything else. If you’re a homeowner who contacted one of our clients, please get in touch with that business directly — we’ll help them respond to your request.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, while we’re talking about working together, or for as long as you’re a client, plus the period the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

  • See, fix or delete. Ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We’ll do it for anyone, wherever you live, and we’ll respond within 45 days.
  • Stop messages. Reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • No selling, no sharing for ads. We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there’s nothing to opt out of.
  • No penalty. We won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law; to use them, email us at the address below. This site doesn’t track you across other websites, so it doesn’t respond differently to Do Not Track signals.

Security, children, changes

Security. We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.

Children. This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Where it’s processed. We operate in the United States and your information is processed here.

Changes. If we change this policy we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll say so clearly on this page.
